TACT (TODAY ACTION CHANGES TOMORROW) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purpose as a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization.
Our mission is to provide spiritual and educational resources through healthy living, literacy, cultural enrichment, financial empowerment, and community involvement.
Our desire is to serve individuals and families in the rural communities of East Mississippi and West Alabama at the location of Kewanee, MS.
How TACT is governed?
TACT is governed by a 9 member board that actively meets quarterly and each member serves voluntarily for a three year term and are eligible for re-election. The board may create committees as needed, such as fundraising, marketing/public relations, etc. We have an active planning committee that meets monthly.
The board members carry out activities such as:
